I would first do outreach directly . I would find all the roasters and simply write to them and write an entertaining email that they would enjoy.
And then I say:
Hey, I’ve created an industry report with exclusive figures and insights from the most successful roasters in Germany or maybe even international roasters.
Maybe there are some in Italy or Spain where this works very well.
Then you can copy their models and incorporate them into this report.
Just do outreach , make an offer and a few will say yes
“Hey, that sounds exciting, can you give us the report.”
Then I say:
Yes,
If you register they show here you will get the report
You can probably already guess how I would proceed.
What I would still do:
I would blog about marketing.
I wouldn’t post on coffee blogs country email list because roasters, sure, are interested in coffee and stuff, but coffee blogs are mostly written for consumers, not for roasters.
That’s why I would rather look at marketing blogs, because a roastery owner already thinks about marketing , business and everything else.
I would write very specific content about how local roasters can win customers, so I would write an article about it.
I would even try to get into a magazine , yes, a boring offline magazine.
This immediately creates trust and authority .
If the content is really well researched, you have a good chance of getting in if you know how to write journalistically.
Not in an advertising manner or anything, but really writing according to journalistic standards.
Then you can also get they show into a magazine as a guest author
Then people why does the world love wordpress? would become aware of me, would come to my landing page, download the thing, give me their email.

I would email them daily.

Yes, anyone who b2c lead knows me knows that I am notorious for my daily emails.
I would write them a fun email every day .
This is why daily emails don’t work for 99% of people out there .
